Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LP Metal Detecting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
